Is this the official store?

Yes. Waiya Africa is only sold on waiyaafrica.com. We are not on other websites or marketplaces.

What does one of one mean?

Each piece exists once, in one colour and size. When it sells, it is gone. We do not remake or restock it.

How do I buy a piece?

Add it to your bag, enter your delivery details, then pay. The piece is held only after we receive your transfer screenshot.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer only. Checkout shows the Waiya Africa account. Send the exact amount, then upload a screenshot or receipt of the transfer (JPG, PNG, or PDF, under 3MB).

What if two people want the same piece?

The first screenshot we receive keeps the piece. If checkout says it is already taken, do not transfer. If you already paid, we will send it back. Reply to our email with the account you paid from.

Can I return or change size?

No. Size is fixed on each piece, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you are unsure, email support@waiyaafrica.com before you pay.

Where do you ship from?

Orders ship from Abuja, Nigeria. We will email and text you when your piece is on its way.

How do I get updates?

We write to the email and phone you entered at checkout. For anything else, email support@waiyaafrica.com and include your order number.
